In 1994 an inspired desire to build quality, luxurious custom homes in Metro
Atlanta gave birth to Lang Custom Homes. Through the vision of the
company’s founder, Lawrence L. Nelson, Lang has earned a distinguished
reputation from its homebuyers. Our attention to detail combined with an
affinity for custom amenities that are impeccably designed and unsurpassed in

Lang Custom Homes was proud to be the exclusive builder of the elegant
Greenridge Subdivision located in Lithonia, Georgia. In addition to the
completion of Greenridge in 2005, Lang has also completed luxury homes in the
Kanawha Lakes and Spencers Mountain subdivisions in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Branching into other areas of new home construction, Lang Custom Homes has
reinvented itself to form Lang Communities and under that title has completed a
17 lot townhome community dubbed Mountain View Village, also located in Stone
Mountain, Georgia. The homes created by Lang range in price beginning at
$500,000 and up. Lang Custom Homes is a proud member of the Atlanta Home
Builders Association as well as a Certified Professional Home Builder. Lang has
also been recognized as an Elite Builder by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty
Corporation.
